I want to create a student survey form. Do you know sites that have professional forms?
How would I find out IF a person had power of attorney or not? I searched at the courthouse but it is not recorded there. I suspect if power of attorney was obtained, it was illegal. The person who relinquished power of attorney, is illiterate. She could not read OR understand what she was signing.. WHO would have to show it to me? I can't ask the person who I suspect. I want to bring charges against her/him..
Can someone please explain to me how to write this specific complaint letter & explain these rules?
What does it take for you to trust someone?.
I need to find a form/template for a sponsorship agreement with a new golf pro. Any one?
