• Leah Harhay represents corporate and sovereign clients in investor-state arbitrations throughout the world. 10 years ago, my dad left my mum in over ?50,000 worth of debt. He owed at least ?5,000 to my grandad which my mum had to pay back (it more out of guilt, my grandad said it was fine if she never paid him for my b@stard of a dad. Anyway, she's just paid off all that debt. It took her 10 years. She works part time, and is paid a little under ?9,500 a year, not including taxes etc. Now, her job means going on to monthly pay, which she says will be a tough struggle.. . Today, she seemed really quiet and s little depressed, who can blame her. She asked me how we could make more money. We're not willing to make money online, unless it is ebay. Also, we don't actually have anything to sell, whether it's a car boot sale, or on ebay. I'm good at writing, but I doubt I can even make anything big from writing.
