im in year 8 and when i leave school i want to be a lawyer the only problem is i dont want to be the one which has to stick up for people in court because if they were guilty i dont know what i would do (although i know i will be shown this in my courses.) i know theres other kind of lawyers but i only know a few so what kind of lawyers are there (what they do). Also what would i have to take as gcse in school?. . BTW dont tell me im too young to know this stuff cause im not! and if you say you have to be smart i know that and im in 2nd to top set in all of my lessons in school (basically the 1st!)

I think that changing your name after marriage has to include taking your husband's last name in some way. I dropped my middle name and now my legal name is "First Maiden Husband's Last". You can drop your maiden name, you can hyphenate your last name and your husband's last name, or you can simply add your husband's last name and keep all four names. But if you want to legally change your first name, you have to pay.

a married couple was seperated, living apart in different houses for more then 5 years, the one died, and the other now has taken control of the estate. does the children of this marriage have any right to question or overturn their authority??.
