I cannot say that our invasion and subsequent occupation were or are at all right and/or good, but I try to see the silver lining, no matter how tarnished it may be.. . *********. . Rick V - I understand your point. No matter how it's sliced, forced regime change is illegal under UN charters, Geneva Conventions and all sorts of other horseschnobber. However, I was just saying...given the lesser of two evils.... . As far as the UN goes, I fail to see where the UN has done anything to prevent any genocide (which it was formed to do) or prevent any war. As a matter of fact, all I can see the UN doing is making matters worse.. . What needs to be done is make the UN stronger and able to actually wield real power, not just token power and have UNICEF. What we need is something more along the lines of the League of Nations, like we saw after WWI. However, that didn't work out because it was probably hundreds of years ahead of its time.. . And yes, this Veto provision also needs to get lost. Along with the P5+1. So we're permanent members of the Security Council. Big deal. What do we get out of that? And what did the other 5 do to stop our illegal invasion of Iraq? Heck: One of them even joined us!. . The only way for the UN to work is to give it more power. Problem is that in order to give it more power, the nations around the world have to be willing to divest themselves of their sovereign power and not even America will do that (America, the main architect of the League of Nations, never actually joined it)

List a skills inventory and any certifications you have at the top.. . List your employment in reverse cronological order. List your company, title and dates (using the months) worked there. Account for any gaps longer than 3 months. Be sure to use the ability in Word to set tabs. Don't use the space bar a million times or a bazillion tabs, doing that can get your resume massivley messed up when it get's transferred to a data base, plus if you are going after an office job, it makes the person reading the resume wonder if you really know how to use Microsoft.. . Underneath each employment section list 2-4 accomplishments and "fancy" facts about what you did at your place of employ. Don't list your job duties unless they are really unsual to the title of the job. Most people can assume correctly by your title what you did.. . List your education at the bottom, unless you are a recent college grad. Recent college grads should put it at the top under the skills inventory.. . Lastly, create a second page using the idential header of your name and address... and list your references. It's so nice for people to include them in one little package and not two documents. That way you look prepared. If you are supervising people, list 7 references (yes 7) 2 bosses, 2 coworkers, 2 subordinates and 1 misc. If you are not a manager then 5, 2 bosses, 2 coworkers and 1 misc. That may sound like a lot, but you can never account for when a person will be out of town or unable to return a call when they are most needed.. . If you have a freind that is an administrative assistant or secretary have them double check all the formatting on your resume.. . I hope this helps!

There are certain legal things that need to be in the note, and I don't know the laws for where you are so I'm not going to guess at it. However I'l bet if you just googled this (for Australia) there will be sample letters for this you can look at.
