How do I write up my will and make it official?

No, life insurance is not real estate property. At the point of sale Life Insurance is considered as intangible and it only a contractual agreement between a policy holder and insurance company. Whereas real estate property is tangible.. . Life Insurance company will promise to pay the beneficiaries in the event of death/disability of the life asured.. . But life insurance is very useful in estate planning and wealth distribution. It can helps to payoff estate duty and make sure the next generation still can keep the real estate and not taken by the government in the event of death.

what is a cover letter on a resume and is it important?

If this is for a retail job application that required you to take one of those 80 question aptitude tests, then you must 'pass' it before they'll even consider calling you. This is how they weed out the thousands of people who apply. Even if you have 10 years experience in the retail industry, you could be beat out by someone with none just because they answered the questions correctly. Or because their schedule fits better with what they're looking for. If it's a big box store, odds are (unfortunately) they probably wrote down your name and number and just forgot about it. When I applied for my retail job, they kept telling me "I'll call you tomorrow to set up a time to come in" or "I'll speak to the manager to see what time works best." They never called, but since I kept calling them, eventually we got it done. If it's a smaller, lesser known store, like say a local restaurant where not as many people apply, they may actually look into it. If they don't call back within a week after you spoke to them, try calling back. Store managers are busy and don't always have the time to do things they say they will. Especially if hiring is low on the list.

I just got a computer with vista on it and I can't find any business plan template. I can always find one on powerpoint on an xp program I'm not sure what year it is, any ideas? You'd think there would be one for this Microsoft Office 2007, seeing as it's the big hype program, but I can't find nada..

Changing your name back to your maiden name isn't as difficult as everyone thinks. There is NO payment to change your last name back no matter WHEN you change it. However you will want to wait until AFTER the BOTH of you get the final decree of divorce because you are going to have to use the same name you've been using legally until you do receive the registered final decree. It is pretty much a "given" within ALL divorces there is a place where the court gives "permission" for the woman to go back to using her maiden name if she chooses to do so. Just to your local DMV, All Insurance paperwork and Bank information has to have the name change, all medical records. If you have children all of their school files need to reflect your name change as well as their medical records. Bascially anything you would sign your name to will need to be changed.... Hope this helps ya, . :-)
