Where can I find an example/template of a Divorce order, where the Petitioner gives testimony to a standing examiner in Maryland and does not go before a Judge. There are no children and no assets.. . Yes, I'm absolutely sure I have to write it and then a Judge signs it. I know what I'm doing I've spoke with the assistant at the Examiner's office. There are no attorneys involved.. . I just need an example of one and I'll change the specifics..

If they are not leaving then why change the locks? You change the locks between tenants, not during a tenancy. This just seems unnecessary.. . There is no template for this kind of notice because it is not usually done.. . Just type something out with all the necessary Information.

My mom brother and I get 13%, but it isn't the percent of the gross amount its percent of the interest accumulated every year from the total amount...my brother and I are young 23 and 22. we could care less about us, we don't desire to benefit from our grandfathers death, I know he wished us a secured and good life, but we are more so concerned with what our mother deserves. 13 years of her life devoted to this man, and he last month before he passed was going to amend the will to provide my mother with what she deserves. He passed very suddenly as well, as he left peacefully in his sleep the 2nd. Anyways my grandfather came up from Texas and supposedly to mourn, we all know he's just here to collect and go back home and never speak to anyone again like usual. He has control of our house, we don't want him to have to ability to sell it out of underneath us. He is a greedy, fake man and does not deserve to call himself our great grandfathers son if he couldn't be there at all during his life.

Which document is written persuaviely and which is written objectively?. A brief and a Memorandum of Law..... . Blahh I searched all over, I don't think I'm looking in the right places....

My opinion - it is the perfect time to start as a Realtor.. Wish you all the best. Monika

My wife and I got married on the 1st of October in Fresno, CA. However my current legal (on the social security card) name is "Bustamante" and her legal last name is "Bustos." We chose a last name that we thought we thought would be nice to honor an ancestor. Let's call it "Jefferson." When we filled out our marriage certificate we filled in "Jefferson" as our new married name. But we regretted our decision almost immediately and now we want to change the whole marriage certificate to reflect a new married name "Bustamante-Bustos.". . I've done some research online and according to CA law, it seems as though we can't amend the marriage certificate after it has been officially recorded. OK, fine that's the law. However, remaining stuck with "Jefferson" is unacceptable. What are our options?. . Can we just do a whole new marriage certificate?. Do we have to "petition the court"? And if so what are the guidelines?. . Neither of us have changed our names on our social security cards yet. I am under the impression that the name we "wish to be known as" doesn't constitute a legal name change. So when we change our name on our social security cards, do they have to reflect the name "Jefferson"? Or Can we just use the Marriage certificate as proof of the marriage itself and put our desired name on the social security card?. . Please help us, we were only trying to do what we thought was right but our family is causing us a lot of grief in a time when we should be happy.. . *names have been changed to protect identity*.
