2 things - get it in writing, and start a diary.. . get on to citizens advice or consumer direct and ask for template letters - you need to use words like 'initimidation' 'harrassment' and 'victimisation' when describing whats happening. keep your diary - with every kick and knock - if theres dents or marks ont he door take a picture. Then go down with all your proof and tell them if they dont do something youre going to make a formal complaint. Record the times youve called the police etc, date and time EVERYTHING including the letters you send to the housing exec. ALWAYS send your letters signed for recorded and keep the reciept as proof you sent it. and copies of your letters too.. . dont know what laws theyre breaking but the buzz words for being taken seriously are: harrassed, victimised, intimidated, stress and reducing the quality of my life.. . good luck. . record that! when you go back down to the housing exec say youve contacted the police. Do you have the 'exchange' number for the police - ie not 999 - try ringing that next time- its not a 'real' emergency, but it will geton the police records. You could go down to your local station and ask to speak to the desk sergant - ask for advice regarding home safety for whats happening and ask if there is anything they can do to help you and what procedure you should put into place for this kind of thing in the future - again all youre looking for is a record of what is happening to back up your claim to be moved house. Get down to citizens advice, they can really help you out!

Would it be a silly thing to suggest that a not so artistic engineer could be found, to collaborate to realise good architecture?.

All I want the contract to say is that they can use my pictures for their promotion and advertising needs but with my written permission on selected photos I choose. I also want it to say that they can not cut and paste my face onto another person naked body, plus all the other things that can go wrong with my photos being posted in the media (like the internet).. . How would I write this out and are there any photographer/artist(not model) release forms

There's a lot more to it than just finding a manager and an agent.. . What kind of model do you want to be? There are many ways one can model, and most of the work is less than glamorous. You'll probably need to take classes to learn the ins and outs in a short period of time. You may have hands or feet or legs that are particularly photogenic or you may spend lots of time walking around with a smile on your face (Vanna White had an entire career turning letters on Wheel of Fortune and smiling).. . Regardless of what body part(s) you want to model and whether you want to move or be still, you will need photos for a portfolio. For that, you need a photographer. Ask around in your area for references to good photographers. Nearly all make their basic living doing portraits or wedding photos and have a sideline doing ads for local businesses or for publications. Talk to several of the photographers in your area, find out what they think of how you appear on film (some of us look better on film, some not so good). The photographers generally know the closest legitimate modeling agency and legitimate modeling classes in your area. Ask them. Ask more than one and compare the information. Then take it from there.. . Also in your area, there are likely to be marketing or promotion agencies that help local businesses develop marketing campaigns. They would be good sources of information for you, and might give you leads on jobs that could help you "break in" to the business. "Modeling" also includes being an accessory to displays at home shows, boat shows, and industry expositions, which would provide exposure, experience, and resume/portfolio entries.
