I need help... We are in the state of Florida and have been served with pre foreclosure papers as John and Jane Doe, tenants. Our landlord has given us a song and dance and has told us that he will hold us to the end of our lease, being July 1, and he feels there "should" be enough time. I have a high school Jr. and Sr. I would like to move out. What are my rights? We have been relocated due to a military move and really need to stay in the area. We have spoken with the bank as well as the attorney for the bank and were told that the landlord did not reply within the twenty days. They were up last month. The bank said they are simply waiting on a court date. I honestly can not live like this and find it hard to believe that the landlord has so many rights. I have always paid my rent, I just want out of this situation. I own a home in NC with tenants and could not imagine placing them in this situation..

Based on this, I would say it is not needed.. . Attestation of Power of Attorney (POA) and other documents (the applicant is required to affix one photograph at the end of the subject matter on the POA, specimen signature below the photograph and the passport details. This photograph along with other details on the POA must be notarized by a local Public Notary before submitting the application form in the Embassy. The Stamp/Seal of the Notary must cover some portion of photograph pasted on the POA. (If the application is submitted in person by the applicant at the counter, notarisation is not necessary but the applicant has to sign the document at the counter.) The applicant has to submit one additional identical photograph, original passport with its photocopy with the application form). In case, there are more than one signatories on a POA, the above requirement is to be completed by each individual. If no space is available on the original POA, a separate sheet may be attached as an enclosure to the original POA and should be notarized. The additional photographs must have their names printed on the reverse of the respective photograph. Each document should also have signatures and address of two witnesses.

Why e-mail? I own a business and get tons of e-mail each day. I devote about one second to anything I don't recognize. I think most business owners do the same. On the other hand, I spend a lot more time on a well written short letter that is addressed to me, spells my name and the company name correctly and tells me concisely what the purpose of the letter is and what the writer wants. I get very few letters so each one stands out.
