Our roots date back to 1932 when the firm was founded by Karl Williams and John C. McCarthy. Our founders began and expanded the firm by strict adherence to the principles of service, competence and integrity. Through their efforts, and of those that followed, the firm developed a long history of leadership and success in and out of the courtroom. To maintain that tradition, we choose our lawyers carefully. New attorneys must not only have outstanding academic credentials, but also a commitment of service and leadership to the communities that we serve.

The legal needs of our clients have become more complex and the practice of law has changed in ways our founders could never have imagined. But some things never change. At WilliamsMcCarthy, the trust of our clients remains our most valued asset. Hi Im going to parcel force to collect sumthing tomorro and they require proof of identity,But I left things like my birth certificate and passport at my mothers house. What else could I bring along with me other than those two?.

Hi, I was in the US on student visa which expired in February. Then, I got married my long time boyfriend also in February and finally filed application (i-485, i-765, ...) with USCIS in June. I just received my first appointment notice for biometrics.. On my application, I used my husband's last name. Now, I would like to change it back to my maiden name. The reason is that my home country requires me to travel to Washington, DC twice to change my name on my passport, which I can't afford right now. So my question is: Can I change my name back to maiden name on USCIS application? How would I do it? and How long would that take and how much is it?. Thank you..

Would you like you kids receive a letter from Santa and watch their little faces?

I am considering trying this program "Bank On Yourself" and I would be interested to know how it works and if anyone has been successful with it..
