Change surname back after marriage?

My Mom is 84 years old and has severe dementia. My Question is she seems to have lost her hearing altogether and Doctor will not look into ears properly because she has a tendency to get very Edgy and squirms. I went to Audiologist and she said moms ears are impacted but can't do anything because she squirms. Also have tried Mineral oil for 10 days still no hearing even with hearing aids on,then we tried Cerumol for 3 days still no hearing,Healthlinks as said to give half hydrogen peroxide and half warm water but Doctor refuses to put Peroxide in her ears.. Doctor also refused to give Referral to Specialist. What else can i do and has anyone else gone through this and found an answer. Mom also lives in a Nursing Home.

I am trying to write a letter in Microsoft Word, can you help me?

You need to see an attorney. He/she will be able to draft the proper Power of Attorney that gives you the authority to do those things for your grandmother.. . As for your husband, he will go through the Army's legal department and will get that on his own. No action is needed on your part. They will run him from station to station and one of them is the legal station. The JAG attorneys will draft one for him.

As a Pagan myself, and the partner of a pagan someday I will need to plan funerals and so will my children, I have no idea about the law surrounding pagan funerals as in whats legal and whats not. Can you be buried at a different angle in a place of your own choosing? can you have a Norse longboat funeral? I know there would be ways round it but I'd still like to know.. sorry yes didn't think to say where I am! I'm in the UK, cheers for the sites..
