• Mr. Nicholls, a native of Canton, North Carolina, received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1965, and his law degree in 1967. From 1967-1971, he was a staff attorney with the Internal Revenue Service in Oklahoma City. He represented the government before the U.S. Tax Court in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Kansas. After a year in private practice in Georgia, Mr. Nicholls relocated to Raleigh. Six years later, he helped found Nicholls & Crampton. Mr. Nicholls concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, general business, business organizations, wealth transfer and tax and estate planning. He is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations and has held leadership positions in numerous professional, community and church organizations.

How do I create an email template?

I want to change my name, but I'm not a US Citizen, I'm a legal alien. I'm becoming a citizen in about 2 years. Can i change my name without being a citizen? Someone I know told me he changed his name right after he moved to the United States from another country..

. I suggest that before you write a letter to your suppliers, give them a call and discuss initially your requirements and intents. Talk first before you write. That is professional approach.

I need a newsletter template for business use?

1.) A man gives his wife the Power of Attorney for his businesses. A week later, the man gives Power of Attorney to his Uncle. What is the status of the Wife's Power of Attorney? She never gave the Power of Attorney back to the Husband, so is she still in charge? Can he take the power of attorney back?. . 2.) While the wife was power of attorney, she made business decisions. Are these decisions valid?.

A POA allows institutions to treat you as if you were your husband. HOWEVER, no one has to accept/recognize the general POA that you are talking about. I have been drafting these for years. Clients are surprised when I tell them that. Generally, most corporations/banks will accept them, its just good business. That being said, a POA executed 5 years ago would raise some red flags with me. I dont blame them for questioning it. Put yourself in their shoes.. . Sorry.
