Okay lived in Miami love the city. You can find some really nice places in the suburbs if you look. Research your areas. If you want a house it will be expensive, townhomes and condos are cheaper. The cost of living is pretty high, when I say this I mean the gas, water and electric is pretty expensive. Other things like gas for our car, milk ect are more expensive. Also there are certain jobs that are really tight, others no problem. I don't know what you do so I can say is research your job market. Look on moster, yahoo jobs ect... see how much our occupation is making. Also contact the chamber of commerce for a relocation packet, do this for the suburbs as well this is a free services they give you stats on cost of living, crime and schools. There is plenty to do in Miami and the surronding areas so getting bored should never be an issue. Things for all ages. This was a few years ago but rent was $1500 for a 2 bedroom, electric ran between $150-$250. Gas was about $100. Also look for hinded fees when finding a place!!! Some have trash, sewer ect. Cable was about $100. I hope this helps you good luck on your move!

Ha.

There is a thing called "venue"...meaning basically who has jurisdiction over the case. It could be Ontario...you really need to consult a divorce attorney where you live...he/she can answer these questions. Consultations (1st visit) should not cost you any money. Remember, knowledge is power...don't be stupid and listen to friends, family, or people who really do not know! Talk to an attorney!!
