Microsoft has a bunch of templates that you can download. Then you can just type in the information. It will tell you where enter the information you know.

I accidentally over-bought my 1099 forms this year. However, with the exception of the IRS copies and the 1096 forms, my 'forms' are completely blank. There are no boxes or dates printed on the front of the forms (only thing on the front is 'copy b' 'copy c' etc). . On the back of the blank forms are instructions for the receipient or payer. The payer copies have dates printed for deadlines. The recipient part doesn't seem to list any dates but explains each box and refers to publications for more information.. It seems to me that I should be able to use these blank forms next year and just buy the red forms for the IRS... anyone have any tips on this for me?.

I would like to change my sons last name. His father signed his birth certificate and my son has his last name but I want him to have mine. His father is not an active part in his life, packed up and moved away without even telling us and is over 10,000 dollars behind in child support and I haven't talked to him in a couple of years. Is it possible to give my son my last name and if so how would I go about doing that? Also if it matters I live in florida.. . Thanks.
