sounds like you have given up but don't you aren't the only vet that has been denied. try this go to any Disabled American Veterans chapter and have them write up the claim for you.. give them power of attorney to handle all phases of your claim. the DAV has the best track record of getting claims approved. mind that each claim may take up to one year to get approved or denied. when your claim is filed the VA will set a date that your claim was recieved and that date is were they go back to for back pay when the claim gets approved. most vets have a hard time with waiting but that is the name of the game. if the va denies your claim and you quit well they win. i know vets that have filed two or three times before they were awarded their claim. if you do this properly each time you file or refile you can keep the same date for the back pay. play their game and see how it goes for you but don't give up if you truely think you are intitled to benefits one who is still waiting mr doodles
