I downloaded an access database template from ms. There was a pre-built form that allows for entry then updates a table. I added a column to the table called "closed date" then added a combo box (a label with text box) and called it "closed date and I would like to link this new combo box back to the table. I have tried to look at the properties of the other combo boxes to see how they're linked but could not figure it out. I also thought it was a "relationship" property but not sure. Any help would be great.

Hi Rachael, unfortunately, whether or not you have written contract is no help to you here. If you sought one, though a legal route (an Employment Tribunal) it would be based on the hours you actually work. You've already said they are not suitable.. . Your boss has no reason to give you time off, but can you not start earlier, or come in another day, to balance things out? Can you show the NVQ will help at work (if not, why are you doing it?). You need a way to persuade him to help you here.. . Mothers have a statutory right to request flexible working, but you don't. Sorry that isn't what you want to hear, but it is the law.. . Remind your boss you must have written terms within 2 months of starting.. . Good luck.

Yahoo cannot prevent you from lying about your age when you set up a Yahoo account without invading your privacy. A smart 10 year old can set up a yahoo account and say their 14 or 25 or 60 years old, although it would become pretty obvious from their questions or answers that are not 60 years old pretty quickly. It is illegal now for birthdays to be on job application forms now because of possible age discrimination hiring and firing employees. You are not supposed to include your birthday and graduation dates in job resumes anymore because of the possibility of age discrimination. I have two versions of my resume, one with graduation dates and one without dates, that I use as templates for job applications that I modify for each job application if a resume is requested/required.. . How is Yahoo going to determine how old you are online without invading your privacy? It's illegal for Yahoo Inc. to do that, so there's no way to restrict any one less than 13 years old from posting on YA. Then there are the trolls who purposely lie about their age to bait naive people into reporting their questions.
