Is an invitation letter for a Z class chinese work visa binding?

A son got his father to sign power of attorney after the dad had dementia and now they are spending the money and keeping his house locked up and they will not let the siblings take care of the dad at his house and now he was put in a long term care where they don't take care of him and they only visit a few hours every other day and the dad has gotten worse and now is about to die and the brothers and sisters are not allowed to even enter his house. How could this be? He had dementia and signed papers, but when he was well he said he had a will that now can't be found, according to the son who made him sign the power of attorney. He has tons of money in the bank and he had thousands and thousands in cash in his house too. But only they got to see how much, they will not account to anyone and get mad if even asked. What can be done?. This person is not my dad. But this old man who was left to live alone all his life with a scant visit here and there. When they found him in his home he was a mere stack of bones, the doctor said he was severally Emaciated and still is for that matter because now he's so far gone it is hard to get him to eat. The doctors said this does not happen over night and the reason this happened is due to his dementia. He was living in his home not eating. His adult child never noticed that he was emaciated that is how the story goes. The doctor said you would have to be blind not to notice someone is this emaciated to this degree. Dementia does not happen from one day to another and the person with the poa said they never noticed it, go figure. This man did make a will he is still alive but not at all with power of mind. He never told anyone where it was ,who it was with or anything of importance. It is clear that there is a will..

Lloyds TSB has become the first bank to win a court case after being sued by a customer for imposing supposedly unfair overdraft penalty charges. Does this put you off claiming, if not why?.

Back in December I took out a service agreement on a washing machine. The agreement was in my name and my partner and I had a repair carried out on the washer. In February I split with my partner and moved out. She agreed to contact the company and take over the last 7 payments of the agreement herself. I have just received a letter from them claiming ?500 for the work they did because she never took over the cover plan. Anyone know where I stand with this?.
