While at the AG's office Tai conceived Operation Homestead, a series of lawsuits aimed at stopping mortgage fraud. Tai also successfully prosecuted a lawsuit against a former candidate for Kansas governor for the unauthorized practice of law.

  Operation Homestead: Developer of law enforcement concept to combat the foreclosure crisis in Kansas resulting in 12 lawsuits aimed at foreclosure and mortgage scams. Total recovery of over $500,000.00 in civil penalties and restitution for consumers. State ex rel. Six v. Joan Heffington, et al.: Represented Kansas in an unauthorized practice of law and Kansas Consumer Protection act lawsuit against Joan Heffington, candidate for governor. The first unauthorized practice of law case to go to trial in nearly 10 years. State ex rel. Six v. David Martin Price: Persuaded the Kansas Supreme Court to hold Price in contempt for violating the court’s prior order to refrain from practicing law without a license. This was the first contempt order the Kansas Supreme Court issued that resulted in jail time in over 100 years. Case work has resulted in a combined net recovery for Kansas of $19,840,722.38 in civil penalties, restitution, expenses and investigative fees. As Jehovah's people, by having an advanced directive in place, we have done our part and therefore our conscience is clean. Governments are always going to try to impose their will upon us since they think it is their duty to protect us from ourselves. This is an evil thing that we face but, not unexpected since it's satan's world. It is a sad thing that they would so callously take our individual thinking process away from us as if we didn't really understand what we were doing at the time. We can expect nothing but the pressure to continue to be turned up on us. Doing our part makes us safe in Jehovah's memory.. . @Cecile - The Bulgaria issue is not what you are making it out to be. Look at the words of the document and tell me how it is still not a conscience matter for individual witnesses. We would not shift our position so carelessly on such a large issue. Especially just to be legally recognized. We continue our work in many countries where we are not legally recognized and would not compromise to change that.. . @Cecile - I have seen the document and I know what it says. You are misinterpreting what is implied. If I was you, I wouldn't use CdCd's sources. He is extremely bias.

I had made a template that I was using to add to my non-temp web pages. I made sure to make certain regions editable to work in. I had been working on my fourth page cut/pasting text and pics into the new template web page but when i tried to move any text or pic I get a message mentioning "making this change wolld require changing the code that is locked by a template or translator, change will be discared. I was able to do this before the notice, so I not too sure what happened. Maybe I accidently undo something in code view. Suggestions anyone?. I forgot to mention the program I was working in was Dreamweaver CS3.
