• Ryan was born in Springfield, Illinois on November 22, 1978 and moved to Olathe, Kansas shortly thereafter.? He has been a lifelong resident of Olathe.? Ryan graduated from Olathe South High School in 1997, and then attended Kansas State University where he graduated in 2001.? Ryan then attended law school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City and received his J.D. in 2004.

  In law school, Ryan was very active in Trial Advocacy and selected for the Advanced Trial Advocacy class his?final year.? Ryan was also?worked for The Innocence Project his third year of law school.? Ryan was selected to be one of five class representatives all three years of law school.? While in Law School, Ryan?was a clerk at?Trey's office.? Trey was immediately impressed with Ryan's hard work, his compassion for his clients, his integrity?and the pride that he takes in his work.? Assistant DA's were impressed too, and Ryan was offered a highly-coveted position as an intern with the Johnson County District Attorney's Office.?

  After completing his?internship with the District Attorneys Office, Trey offered him a job as an Associate at the Law Offices of N. Trey Pettlon.? Since then Ryan has gained extensive experience through being in court virtually five days a week representing clients in important cases.? Ryan has also served as City Prosecutor for the City of Edgerton, Kansas.
