lawyer Schacht, Daniel J. Reviews

Long story short.. our home loan was denied because we owe $257 to some "medical payment" from back in Nov. of 08. The credit report didn't list the NAME of the company, it just said "medical payment" and didn't have a phone # or anything. I asked the banker how I could find out who to pay.. but he didn't know, and didn't offer any advice either.. . So... who do I call to find out who these people are? I haven't been to a doctor in over 2 years.. so I have no idea what "medical payment" its talking about.. it said they handed it over to Collections in March of this year.. but I haven't received any phone calls, letters or anything.. . This is really messing with my credit score.. how do I fix it??.

How to write a formal letter to ask the management of the shopping mall to allow us to put our shop flyers at the information desk of the mall..

How much does it cost to change your name by deed poll?

10 pts. Please help!!!.

My employer dropped my health care coverage because they said I had to re-enroll back in November. The problem is I never had to re enroll in health care coverage it always just rolled over. I had no idea the policy had changed and I was not notified by anyone. I called my HR dept because I received a letter in the mail after open enrollment was over stating I would only be covered until December 30th. Now they will not let me enroll in health care coverage since the open enrollment closed. Can they do this? Oh and they rolled over my dental and vision just not my medical. Can I sue them or make them let me enroll?. That I know of I do not believe I qualify for a waiver. My status has not changed I am still a FT employee and my marital status has not changed I am still single. I am not the only one this happened to. However I believe some are either willing to pay the penalty of not being insured since the gov. health care has a higher premium and almost double the deductible..
