Where can I find a sample of reference letter for teacher given by their superiors. Any idea of any website.?

My brother is going to sell me his car. Here's the deal- he's in Switzerland and I'm here in MN. If we assume that the title is all properly signed, I need to find out two things:. . 1- Am I going to run into any problems getting the title transferred to my name at the DMV (MN actually uses a different acronym, but you know what I mean)? That is, do both of us have to be there?. . 2- What kind of Bill of Sale do we need in order to make everything official?. . And anything else I need to know??. Also, is there a template somewhere of a simple Bill of Sale I can use??. . THANK YOU SO MUCH!!.

I need to make some kind of contract...not sure how to start?

any other information would be greatly appreciated.. . Thank you.

My Mom is an assisted living facility due on dementia. I have her healthcare power of attorney as well but as her Durable power of attorney. I signed all paperwork for the assisted living facility, there is one else listed. Today the long term care pharmacy called my aunt about payment on my Mom's account, telling her the balance due, minimum payment everything in regards to the account. Isn't it illegal to discuss health and even financial information to someone not the responsible party. Payment has been made, it came in the mail but had yet to be processed. The disclosure of this information bothers me a lot..

Some sections are REALLY nice, others are ?ghetto?. Too many people have this vision in their head that LA is one or the other (either Beverly Hills or Compton). In fact, most of it is working class and middle class stiffs working to pay the bills.. . It's expensive to live here. A 1BR apartment in a decent neighborhood will cost around $1200 per month.. . You NEED a car to live in Southern California. We don?t have an effective public transportation like New York or San Francisco. One reason is that LA is larger in area than either of those, without a central hub where everything is. Back in the 1960?s, we might have done it. But by the time local governments got their act together, it was much more difficult to make a working public transit system. Also, unlike NY, we have earthquakes, which make it a little more difficult to build underground.
