Activities in federal courts have regularly included obtaining pre judgment injunctive relief, seizure orders, and pursuit of the action to judgment through trial or otherwise. Mr. Rockwell has brought dozens of lawsuits to judgment obtaining damages and injunctive relief to protect clients' intellectual property rights in U.S. District Courts in California, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon and Texas. Mr. Rockwell has also been a lead counsel in lawsuits brought on behalf of the firm's entertainment clients enforcing their trademark and other intellectual property rights in and outside of California. He has served as counsel to numerous start-up businesses and served on the advisory board to the Oakland (California) Communications Technology Cluster of which the firm was a founder, and the former Contra Costa County (California) Software Business Incubator.

How can I change the address on my physical California drivers license?

How can my brother resign as attorney in fact?

Do you need power of attorney to sign a real-estate purchase agreement for a foreclosure?

Admission Letter to university .PLEASE HELP!?

Okay so for school we have to hand in a letter of complaint. Can any body like give me an example? Or like the format please i need this for english to pass for the year. thanks alot. .

I mailed a Birthday Card to my Brother in Vancouver Canada from New York. The Post Office in NY instructed me to fill out a Customs Form, because there was a DVD inside (which is a video clip of me and my Family wishing my Brother a Happy Birthday) I had to declare it as a Gift and I had to write on the outside label what it was. In which I wrote DVD Home Movie. It has been four weeks now and according to the NY Post Office it will get there within 7-10 Business days. I just feel up to this point that it is either lost or stolen, so I mailed my Brother the same exact follow up gift now it has been three weeks. I am not familiar with the Canadian Post Office, why isn't my mail getting thru? Is it because of the DVD being declared? Is it that suspicious? If I mailed my Brother a regular Package instead of a regular Birthday Card would that make a difference? I know Certified Mail costs more, I thought using regular mail would just get there one way or another. Answers anyone?.
