She has assisted clients at all levels of proceedings, from trial to appeals in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.? • Robinson, Wettre & Miller LLC is frequently retained by national law firms and their clients to act as co-counsel, guiding out-of-State counsel through the intricacies of practice in New Jersey’s Federal and State courts. The firm's attorneys, who have practiced in some cases for decades before the local courts and who have helped to draft local court procedures, are particularly knowledgeable local counsel.

For example, Donald A. Robinson, Leda Dunn Wettre and Keith J. Miller are all members of the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, helping to establish new or revised local rules and procedures for the District Court. Additionally, in 2008 the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey decided that the increase of patent litigation required special local rules for patent cases, and Donald A. Robinson was one of eight local attorneys appointed to a Committee to help draft those Local Patent Rules. Leda Dunn Wettre served as a consultant to that Committee. Now that the Local Patent Rules are in effect, Mr. Robinson remains active on the Committee to oversee and evaluate the implementation and operation of the Local Patent Rules.

The firm's long and close relationship with the local Federal Court in particular has enabled it to provide insightful practice tips and guidance to out-of-State counsel. This has led to the firm's involvement as local counsel in many of the most significant intellectual property, contract, multidistrict litigation and other business disputes before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

I need advice on writing a witness letter, not sure where to start.?

i would contact an attorney - i know that thinking about these matters is tough - but i would contact an attorney - tell them what you want the power of attorney for (also perhaps think about a will) - you can often have these things done at the same time, and it does not take too long.. . yes, you can purchase forms in the store, but if you speak with an attorney about the documents, they will answer all of your questions when you sign the forms, explain what to do with the forms, explain to you how the person who will have the power of attorney will go about using it when it may be needed, and will also make sure that it meets all of the statutory requirements (some of the pre-printed forms do not) -

i AM LOOKING FOR THE LATEST FORM TO SEND A POWER-OF-ATTORNEY TO A FRIEND IN BRAZIL?

A child cannot change their own name - an adult would have to petition the court to let them change the child's name.. . What you can do is just introduce yourself with the new name you want to use. There's nothing wrong with that - people use nicknames all the time - and you can be called the name you want without all the legal stuff.. . - Stuart

. Salutation. . Dear Mr./Ms. Last Name:

If someone has power of attorney over you, but you have the original document, do they still have the ability to sign papers on your behalf. This is in Texas. If so, do you need to fill out a form revoking it and have it documented at the county clerks office? Thank you..
