Bellevue, WA is a great city with a diverse population. People who live in the Bellevue / Seattle area are pretty open-minded, so I don't think you'll run into many problems here. Like you stated, Bellevue is a more affluent city, but you don't really get the sense of "snobbiness" if you go there. The schools there are great (amongst the top in the country), and people in general are pretty laid back.. . Seattle legalized same-sex marriage, legalized marijuana, and holds an annual naked bike ride? yeah, I would say that Seattle is far from conservative. And Bellevue, being only 20 minutes away from Seattle, is pretty much the same.. . I can't speak to Austin at all, but Seattle and Bellevue are great places to live.

For example A residential manager can make on average $40,000 - $50,000 a year in our area managing a portfolio of homes and condos. In comparison a corporate commercial property manager can easily surpass $100,000 a year.. . I would recommend talking to the owner and voicing your thoughts as you did in this question. If the owner who you work for hires a property management company he/she could be charged between 6-8% of collected monthly rent for management services like the ones you provide.
