General Power of Attorney & Agreement to Sell?

Guess a simple letter stating your employment details with current company shud do the job!

iv found a job and its at subway and im having trouble trying to write a career objective to suit subway if you kno what i mean, i need some help finding what to write.

Just some things to think about.. . -How are you getting to NY? Did you consider the cost for that? How are you going to look at apartments, are you planning a trip here with a real estate agent? You need a place to stay when you get here, you can't just arrive.. . - Well remember you guys are friends now but living with someone is so different then being best friends with them. What if one of you decide your in over your head and have to leave, then what will the other person do, pay for an apartment all by themselves at 18 years old? Even with 2 people splitting rent New York (Not just NYC) can be EXTREMELY expensive.. . - JOBS. You need them BEFORE you get here or you will struggle with money for a long time. You need to get here and start working immediately. I can guarantee that all the money you save now will go VERY quickly on rent, bills and food. Expect well over $1500 for rent, its very hard to even find a decent apartment for 2 (and your now saying 3) people thats under $2,000 a month, apartments here can be very very small. You guys will not make enough money working in fast food places thats for sure. Jobs are a must to live anywhere in New York. Prices are skyrocketing here.
