hi can anyone help i want my family member to leave, i need to give her 30days notice to leave can any1 help me do a template i am realy confused. i own the house and i am the lanlord she doesnt pay any rent as she was a family member but now i dnt want her to live with me anymore an want to give her 30 days notice to ask her to leave. there is no formal agreement btween me an my sister.

Long answer I know, but I hope this helps you:. . Truthfully when buying or selling your house the agent's company is one of the least important things. Real Estate agents are independent contractors for the most part, meaning really they are their own company. While some brokerages are better than others from an agent's point of view, (more training, systems, ownership opportunities) as a buyer or seller what really matters is the agent. Look for who the top producers are in your area, who has the most signs up, that sort of thing. Interview at least 3 of them, and then go with the one you are most confident in and comfortable with.

Anything that runs Linux. I would also recommend trying to use PHP-Fusion instead of Joomla for your CMS. Joomla always seems to have that permissions bug (I know because I have a Joomla-powered site). But besides that fact, any Windows server is going to have major issues in comparison to a Linux server.. . Below is my PHP-Fusion powered site =) hope that helps!

edit: I did my legal name change 3 months BEFORE my RLT (went full-time in conjuction w/FFS). Before I did I checked with my employer and they were cool with it. So for a while at work I had two ID's. A male one on the outside for show purposes, and the new female one in my pocket.. . Before my RLT the only time I had an issue was when I bought a new computer. Because it was a large purchase they wanted to see my driver's license. At that time I was living as myself everywhere except work and still hadn't done the legal name change. So I had to give them the male license and show them my carry letter from my therapist. (Ick!) That was also the only time I ever used that carry letter.
