I need HELP with this (concerns child custody) please someone point me in the right direction?

Hello all:. I issued a power of attorney to my mom in India several years ago. Unfortunately it has been lost and we suspect stolen. I don't recall if it was registered (or just notarized) and cannot look up registration because I don't have a copy of the original (yes, I know, make more copies).. . My lawyer said I can revoke by sending my mother a letter informing her that it is revoked (letter by registered mail with A/D), and putting out a public notice in newspapers that her POA is revoked for that property.

Want to know about availability of free online forms..

My grandmother set up a living trust a while ago and chose my father as the "trustee"-. I think it's called (I'm not so up on these things, excuse an errors) he is in control of her fiances, estate, so on. Well his greedy sister and brother in-law want him to give them control of the money since they are "concerned" my mother is going to steal all the money- this is ridiculous, my mother would never- they just want control of the money and to be able to spend the money as they wish, on themselves and their kids.). First off- can anyone access money in a trust besides the trustee?. Also aren't there legal responsibilities that my dad must uphold as trustee? He can't just hand the money over to someone else it seems? . My father is a very patient man with good intentions for his mother- he is the best one to act as trustee, and is not giving them the money- I just don't understand why they are making such a stink about it- it was my grandmother's choice.. That makes sense, I think he does also have power of attorney too.. Unfortunately I've seen this ugly side of those family members for years- this is no news or surprise to me, it's in their nature. Sounds like they should have no worry of someone stealing the money out from under them..

The important thing is to be gracious - no barbs at anyone.. . On my last day, I sent something like this:. . "This is my last day as I decided at long last to retire (you could say take a new position). Before going, I want to tell all of you how much I enjoyed our years together. We've served on projects, committees, and special programs together accomplishing great successes

How do I write an eviction letter . I have tenets that will not leave my rental home .?
