ok heres the deal... I was raised with my father who had the last name deluca. my mom left the second day i was born but she put her last name jarrell on everything. i went by deluca till i got into middle school. i want to change my last name to deluca after my father and i am wondering how much and where to do it. i live in texas. my social security was deluca and birth cirtificate was jarrell i had to get the social changed to jarrell for the military but i want to change it back and get everything deluca so i can carry it on to my family. thank you for the help:)).
