I had a house built by a contractor who didn't completely finish the work. I unfortunately paid him in full with the (verbal) agreement that he would come back and finish the work. We have a signed agreement that states there is a one year warranty on the house also. Does anyone have a sample of a letter you used to get a contractor to complete work in a similar situation, that worked? What is my next step if he doesn't complete the work? Have you been in a legal situation where you had to compel the contractor to complete work? If so, what happened? Thanks for your help! By the way, this is in Montana if that makes a difference..

okay my daughter has this same problem and she is 7....I asked the teacher if there was need for concern.....and the teacher told me that it is a normal thing.....if they are up to age 10 and still making this mistake then it should be checked......if the child is having trouble concentration then it may be due to inattentive ADD you can go olee and look for signs and symptoms.......kids at this age would rather play then eat and do homework or remember words.....a child is not goign to let themself starve to death.....do not allow snacks right before dinner..... my child goes to school and she normally has lunch at 12 at school and comes home at 3 and we allow a small after school snack maybe a piece of fruit or gornola bar or something to that effect and serve dinner a 6 and she eats good.....buit if we allow her a late snack then she will not eat dinner.....maybe he does not like the food.....I do not believe in forcing a child to eat something they do not like....ask him if he likes the food or not if not then dont force him to eat it
