  • During my years of practice, I have developed a law practice consistent with my own philosophy and work ethic. All my clients, individual and commercial, choose me as their attorney because they want a representative who will provide steadfast representation and will use all of his talents to reach the best possible outcome. I possess a strong sense of loyalty toward my clients and accept nothing less from my staff. It is my belief that challenges keep life interesting, in both career and community life.

As an attorney, I strongly adhere to the belief that a lawyer has a responsibility to give back to the community and to always strive for social improvement. In keeping with this philosophy, I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Haym Salomon Foundation since 1992. I have also acted as the Secretary and Treasury. Prior to my position on the Foundation Board, I was on the Board of Directors of the Haym Salomon Home for the Aged. I have also been an Officer and Director of the National ALS Foundation.

I have also tried to share my experiences and expertise by teaching at the American Friend of David Yellin College of Education. As a past Officer, Director, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors, I have come to know the organization and its work intimately. I am now an Honorary Member of the Board of Directors and was recently honored with the organization's Distinguished Service Award.

I am a graduate of Wagner College in New York and the Brooklyn Law School. In order to take my clients' cases to any appropriate court, I am licensed in all the state and federal courts of New York as well as the District of Columbia, the U.S. Federal Courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of International Trade.

I need help writing a letter?

Where can I find really good sample tenant letters?

I was asked to provide my dads SSN when changing my name and address after " got married - at 45yo. Told them it was pretty hard to dig him up and I don't think his billfold was buried with him so it was a lost cause - does your brother have a disability and on Medicare? If so use his Medicare number for the ID.

yes it does cost money cuz than they would need to go in and alter ur birth certificate.. and 4 wat? wat do u really NEED a middle name for?? its not gonna help u in any way and ur not gonna need to use it for anything, ur friends and family call u by ur first name and thats how u will put it on paper so wats the point of having a middle name? i have one and is serves no purpose to me

? I have a Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration.. ? I have an Associate?s degree in Social Science.. ? I am very Patient and love to have fun, I can multi-task and work well with others in a team setting, I have great organizational & communication skills and love to teach.. ? I have babysat friends and family?s children for years and I have one child as well. . ? Currently volunteer with the Vine-Yard Community Church Discovery land in the infant rooms.. ? Volunteered with the Special Olympics.. . What my resume does not reveal is my professional demeanor and appearance. In a business environment these qualities are very important. In me, you?ll discover a reliable, detail-oriented, and extremely hard working and enthusiastic person ? one who serves as a model to encourage other staff members to demonstrate the same high standard of professionalism.. . I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss my skills. If you have any questions, please contact me by phone or e-mail..

I am applying for an officer position in a student business club at my college. I am required to email a written application along with my resume. Should I write a cover email to go with my two attachments?. . It seems like it would be a little. 1) redundant since I just filled out an application where I explained why I am a good candidate, what my strengths/goals are, and pretty much everything I would say in my cover letter.. 2) inappropriate since this is not a job.. . If i didn't write one though it would be weird just sending a blank email with two attachments. What would I even write? "Here's my application. Enjoy.".
