The power of attorney ended when your mother in-law passed away. Now IF everyone agrees, split the property up anyway you want after the will has been read, if you don't trust other parties to follow through then you can only go to court.. . But unless there is a ton of money involved, talking millions, then talk to the other people and hope otherwise there will be nothing left.

I live ohio... so i don't know pa laws but here is what i did... When i had my first child.. the agreement was we would get married in a few years so i agreed to give the baby his last name..Well when we didn't get married we had the babies name changed to my last name (he agreed and we went to court..) it cost 120 bucks..and can also be done without his premission if the judge thinks its in the best interest of the child.. (i just told the judge that i didn't want my son to be confused and wanted him to match his baby brothers name (full blooded brother) judge understood and was in agreeance..it really was not a big deal.. basically we have a paper that is a admendmant to his birth certificate.. so we just have the attached to each other.. . No big deal.. never bothered my son at all

How do you find a good lawyer in Florida that specializes?

Formal letter to the school principal?

What would be the proper letter format to write to my landlord?

That authorization letter, is going to be a LEGAL power of attorney, signed by your dad or his legal representative, or a letter from a judge, giving you the legal authority to act on your father's behalf.
