An attorney has been repetitively been lying to the court in his petitions and pleadings . The attorney has changed his story and the proof is in his own documents and letters that he has written that all contradict each other. The attorney is doing this because the defendant is representing herself Pro Se before the court. Unfortunately, the defendant has a mental impairment which makes it difficult for her to represent herself. Need some help here on what needs to be done to help her combat an attorney that is obviously abusing her and her disability.. The statements are like this , On the day of the accident the sun was shining . vs. On the day of the accident there were thunder showers and lighting. Or ABC DEF vs. FED CBA. Or I signed the document, VS No somebody else signed the document. Or Defendant did not file answers to my complaint, VS The court minutes showing defendant file answer to complaint. . Or I did not know that there was an appeal pending VS The defendant informed the attorney of the fact that an appeal was still pending before another court on the matter he was filing suit against the defendant in the Answers that were filed to the court in response to the citation served. . Attorney claiming representation did not start on a certain date. Attorney's bill and other documents show the date services started is totally different of what attorney claims in his petition to the court . So many misstatements of fact that the attorney's own writings an letters prove him to. THE ATTORNEY IS REPRESENTING HIMSELF AS A PLAINTIFF AND LYING TO THE COURT AND TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION AND THERE IS PROOF THAT HE IS LYING WRITTEN BY HIMSELF TO THE COURT AND TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION..

If you decide to change the free and clear property in the United States from Joint Tenancy to Tenants in Common it is ok to do so but also do it at a title company. Again the small fee they charge you will be well worth it in the end. You may change it at the same time you place your property in your "Living Trust". . Family estate planning is always good, but if you don't want your children to know that is ok, you can make your wife the executor and name one of the kids as the back up in the event something happens to both you and your wife at the same time.
