I need help learning how to use Microsoft Expressions 2...help?!?

These lawyers ended up charging us more than double she had said to initiate our petition for a green card, they made no contract only a paper which we have with the original amount they had said. They don't want to refund our money (we have no more to pay immigration services) and they haven't filed 'cause they still need us to take some documents. They got angry we insisted on getting our refund. They sent us this letter which is a copy of what they sent to the State Bar of Texas. Please, if anyone can tell what comes next. Thanks.. . Dear Sir or Madam:. The past week a fee dispute occured with a client. We had tried to resolve it amicably, but our attempts have been unsuccessful.. In my 34 years of practice, neither I not any client has had to avail ourselves of this service. Please advice on the procedures necessary to initiate the service provided to clients where a fee dispute is involved.. By copy of this letter, I am advising the client of this request. I had further requested that all communications with them be in writing so that no further misunderstanding could occur.. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact this office.. Respectfully. The lawyer.. CC. to me.. my address..
