Litigation

You absolutely should write a professional business letter to the teacher and expect satisfactory action to be taken. You worked for the grade, you paid for the class, and you should at the very least expect there to be some integrity involved on behalf of the teacher and the other students in the class.. In the letter, express to this teacher that you realize that others have come forward to report the cheating via email, and that you would like to add your comments to the pool of those already dissatisfied with the way the grades were affected by just a few dishonest students.. Let the teacher know very specifically how this personally affected your grade, and...your opinion of this school.. IF the teacher fails to respond satisfactorily to this, then, your only recourse is to go to the Dean of that department. (Such as a science department, math department, and so on...) . Cheating should not be tolerated. . You do not have to stand for it.. If this does not get resolved then ask the teacher to retest you and grade you on your knowledge alone. . LAST RESORT- Ask to be dropped from the class so that you can retake it to maintain your GPA. No credit is better than bad credit ...right?. Best of luck.

Written contract has little to do with it.

Do you know a novel written in form of "exchanging letters" with a theme about friendships?

The job is in a pound shop. . I want to quit because i dont like the job hours and how rude my manager is especially when i am ill.

You can't. These are almost always contracted by the local board of realtors for each area.. . You can purchase general forms online or even at Staples. But these are GENERAL and will not address the LEGAL issues that ARE important for your area.. . Another source for current contract forms would be a local lawyer.

i want to be a real estate lawyer?
