In general, in a rental agreement it lays out what will happen if we move before the end of the lease. It basically says that our deposit will be used to cover etc etc..BUT, says nothing about us being sued for the remaining balance.. . Does this mean that this is the only repercussion to us breaking (specifically)our lease given that this is all that is said(written) would be done?. . In other words, must the lease lay down the actions that can/will be possibly taken if we break our lease?...meaning that...if they DON'T specifically say that "we will sue if you don't pay/stay" that they are not allowed to do so?. . Or does a broken rental agreement As A WhOle, with or without, mentioning the possibility of suing you in the event of breaking a lease leave you at risk of being sued?. . Thanks..

I'm looking into finding something else as far as work. I have been a Chef for the past 13 years and I a tired of the business and I want to do something different. I have put out several applications in different fields but, with my only experience being in the kitchen. My question is how do i put into words that I know that I may not have the experience in that particular field but, with proper training I will be the right candidate for the job? I am a trustworthy person I show up on time and I am a very hard worker..

Be personal. A "canned" or impersonal proposal likely won?t even make it more than ten seconds before getting tossed in the garbage. Relate to your prospect and emphasize their values by validating their interests, goals and passions. Also, if you want to really make an impact, send your proposal as a hard copy via FedEx. Email is simply too easy to ignore, erase or forget about.

Iif it is a form letter then like 500. But a well written compelling letter can make a difference.
