• Patrick A. Toomey practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability law and has represented over 11,000 clients at all levels from initial filing through civil actions before the U.S. District Court.

  Prior to beginning his legal education, Patrick served four years in the United States Marine Corps. During law school he served with the United States Army Reserve, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a graduate of Hamline University, where he completed his B.A. in Legal Studies, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law, receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Conflicts of Law. In addition, Patrick obtained his LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, England. Patrick has practiced Social Security disability law since graduating from law school in 2002.

I either hear nothing but praise for the city or horror stories about non-stop murders? Can someone from down here "in the woods" make it in a big city? Is the snow really bad enough to drive people out of the area? Any other hints and tips about the city are appreciated, i will visit the city for myself soon but would like some advice before I check it out....is it safe in most parts of the city to walk around as an average joe or is it like NYC where one wrong turn can land you in the morgue? I'm not afraid of city life but I just don't know much about it other than what tourism has shown me in some bigger cities (NYC, Sacramento, San Francisco..etc) I have spent time in as a visitor. Thanks!.

Just use any standard letter or A4 format. You can always fit this in a separate column afterwards, but there's no one standard template for a written story. They come in different sizes and shapes, just like people.

As in, you're sending it to a college?. . Just to play it safe, just send it to the department your letter needs to go to, and address it "To whom it may concern:" That's generally how people address letters when they don't know who specifically it is going to.

They spend a whole semester on it, so they all know how to write contracts.. . It would probably cost you about $5,000 for a contract like you want. Would it be worth that to you?
