A contract requires the exchange of promises. Such as "I will pay you for a room and you will provide me with a room." The co-ed agreement has no such exchange of promises and it is therefore not a separate contract. I don't see in the co-ed agreement where you are bound to do anything, so it is just a modification of the original contract. In the original contract, part 10 would seem to allow all sorts of changes.

I heard Prince changed his name to a symbol because he had problems using that name when he switched record labels. But how was he able to switch it back to Prince? Also, what does the symbol mean? And does he consider Prince and the symbol to be 2 different careers?.

I'm applying for a lot of jobs at law firms and in the legal field, my resume isn't great, so I'm wondering if there are any good sites I can copy a resume format from that will really make my resume stick out.
