• Kashoua Yang earned her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Lakeland College and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

  During law school, she served as Co-President of the Law School Family Association, was a Writer and Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society, and participated in the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. First of all nobody would ever ship construction equipment from Australa to the UK as the exact same equipment would already be available in the UK. . Second, nobody working construction could ever get a work visa to the UK to begin with. That is not on the government Shortage Occupation List as there are tens of thousands of unemployed UK and EU construction workers who would have to be offered the job. Besides construction work does not require a Masters or PhD so does not qualify for sponsorship. . Third, the only paperwork needed to ship any item for business purposes from Australia is a customs declaration form the shipping company prepares. There is no fee for this, it's a standard form that accompanies any shipment whether construction equipment or a laptop or pens. It's the same when shipping out of the UK or any other country. There are no fees to pay for paperwork or to leave the country. . Fourth, if anything is being shipped for business purposes the company handles it, not the employee, and pays the freight charges. The employee would never pay anything. . Fifth, from reading our other question I can guarantee if you call the company he supposedly works for they will confirm they have no such employee. If he said he was freelance or had his own company he is full of crap as you can't get a visa to work in the UK unless you are sponsored by a UK based company who can prove the occupation is listed on the govt Shortage Occupation list AND that they advertised the position for a minimum of 4 weeks across the EU and NOT ONE qualified EU citizen applied. This would be impossible for any sort of construction work

You need a letter with a company letterhead stating the reason why you are traveling to the country, will you be working there? if so in what capacity?, for the financial side, you may have dificulty in using a credit card to pay for hotel's, food, etc so they require a cash guarantee (!!?), how much or how this is done not sure.
