A query letter generally contains the following:. . The name, length and type of manuscript you are sending.. . What your story or book is about.. . Your qualifications if any to write the book.. . A sample chapter.. . Finally, a thank you note to the editor/agent for her/his time and sign off.. . Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) should be included with the query letter. (Sometimes I've been known to put in a postcard that simply asks the person to check off a box:. . ( ) I get a lot of manuscripts. Please be patient, I'll ready yours as soon as I can.. . ( ) I don't read manuscripts by unknown writers. Yours is being returned in your SASE.. . ( ) Wow, I love your query letter and hope I like the sample chapter, too. You'll hear back from me soon!. . ( ) I read it. Send me the entire manuscript and I'll let you know where we go from here!. . Note: I send out all query letters with a delivery confirmation stamp from the Post Office. That way I know the agent/publisher actually received my envelope.. . Best wishes.

You want to survey? If you include the cost of health insurance, copayments, deductibles - probably about $12,000. That's what *I* spent. My husband's employer, who subsidizes our costs, kicked in roughly another $7,000 towards the premiums.

I am borrowing about $2,000 from a friend but he has asked me to come up with a agreement, or contract if you will, and I have to add my own terms to start making payments on May 1st an dpay on a monthly basis and add 6% to the loan. How do I come up with this document what should I add in it?.

I?m figuring on $50 a pint.. . I?d also like to get on a routine schedule of selling pints.

Writing letters is a matter of fine motor skills and eye hand coordination. Most children can try at age 4-5, but it shouldn't be pushed. Usually they spend a lot of time tracing over dotted letters that are on the page. You do one or two letters at a time so they can learn "big and little" forms and also the sound of the letter. But at that age, there is no "should", just exposure and praise.

and another to leave it to someone else in the event that adult no 1 is not here.. . Does she need to fill out all of the forms, or just the 3rd one that I mentioned above?. . My aunts/uncles are all grown up, so it does not need to consider custody of the children or anything..
