question about my lawsuit from an automobile accident?

I want to Change my name at the moment my real name is a females name (I'm a 17 year old boy) I real hate having this name my mother must of been high or drunk when naming me.... . how would I go about this?. Where would I find different names?. How would I change it?.

My advice would be to go to court and get a court appointed power of attorney, especially if he is declining. Also, you need to be honest with yourself. I understand he wants to die at home (we all do) but is that what is truly best for him? At some point his condition will overwhelm you and your family's abilities. By then it may be too late. You need to take a step back and take a realistic look at the situation. His doctor may be able to refer to a social worker that could help give you an impartial opinion.

What is a great format to write a letter of intent for a sorority?

Another thing to look at is your resume and cover letter. You'd be surprised at how many well-educated people write resumes that are just plain unattractive to employers. Make sure that your cover letters are all meticulously proof-read (especially for writing jobs!) and that they are addressed specifically to the employer in question and explain your interest in the company and what you can do for them -- not a generic letter.
