I'm getting letterhead and brochures etc. made up for my business and was wondering if it is required to use upper case letters when listing the LLC behind the company name it doesnt look as good as the lowercase. Someone told me it had to be all caps but I cannot reference it anywhere.

Party 1 signing contract is under the age of 18. Party 2 signing the contract is of legal age. . I've read that the contract is still legal, the minor just can't be held liable.. Can the minor be screwed over in this contract?. Does party 2 still have to keep their word?. Or is the contract invalid all together.

First, welcome to the area. I am a longtime resident of the southern suburbs and have lived in Lancaster since 2006. It is a nice community and I have enjoyed living here. Lancaster, with approximately 36,000 residents, is one of the fastest growing communities in Dallas County, registering a 40 percent increase in population since 2000. That residential growth has led to increased business interest in the community. Within the city, you have areas that are more suburban in character with subdivisions of newer homes, more established neighborhoods with older homes, and areas that are largely undeveloped and appear more rural in appearance. Not knowing your personal preferences, especially whether you plan to rent or buy and your desired price range, makes it a little difficult to determine what area is the best match for you. Home and rental prices are quite reasonable in Lancaster and the surrounding suburbs, so it isn't hard to find a deal in a well-kept neighborhood. That is one of the reasons I was attracted to the city. If you prefer to rent an apartment, some complexes are better than others.. . Here are several other cities located near Lancaster that you might want to consider:. . Interstate 35E forms the western border of Lancaster and the eastern border of DeSoto. This corridor is home to restaurants and other retail establishments, a Movie Theater and Walmart Supercenter on the Lancaster side and a Kroger grocery store on the DeSoto side. I lived in DeSoto before moving to Lancaster and it too is a nice community worth checking out. DeSoto is the largest suburb south of Dallas with an estimated population of 49,000. It is a diverse community with housing choices ranging from apartments and starter homes to high-end, estate-type homes on the northwest side of the city. Most of the new home construction over the past decade has taken place on the west side of the city (areas west of Hampton Road). In the areas east of Hampton Road, there is a greater mix of mature neighborhoods and new construction. DeSoto's Town Center has recently been transformed into a mixed-use development featuring retail, apartments, and city offices.
