You will never see the landlord, unless there is a problem with something such as a repair, or you owe them money. I seen mine 2x since i moved in almost a year and a half ago. Once when i moved in, and once when they are checking the furnances before winter. . . You may be able to find a sublease (if permitted, where as they pay you for the rent, and you pay the rent to the landlord, but if they dont pay, its your responsible for the rent, and sueing them in court). . Talk with the landlord. Typically if your talk with them, they wil let you out with only paying for the lost income on the property before the next tennant takes over.. . Have your employer sign a statement, or take a job in another area. Typically on most common lease agreements (usually most landlords use a typicall template, everyone I have read, is basically the same), allows you to terminate the lease with 30 days notice, and pay up to 2 months of the rent if they the tennant has to relocate for employment.

i'm in Ontario studying here in canada and i want to give power of attorney to my father but i don't know how the system works. My status in canada is just of an international student, im not a citizen or a permanent residence..... my father does not live in canada nor is he a citizen or PR..

I TOTALLY forgot about a FIVE paragraph buisness letter that is due tomorrow!!! AH! It has to be a 5 paragraph business/persuading letter, and I am freaking out, because it is late!!!! WHO SHOULD I WRITE TO?!.

First Paragraph: . The first paragraph of your letter should state that you are resigning and give the date when your resignation is effective.

An invitation letter is an informal statement by a host that accommodation is provided for a foreign visitor. It is required if a visa applicant does not provide proof of hotel accommodation as tourist but is visiting friends or relatives and stays at their home. There is no certain form prescribed for a letter of invitation for a visa. The following information is only a guide. . The host should write the letter of invitation himself. By writing a letter of invitation, he is not legally responsible for the foreigner once the visitor got into the country, but he should provide the letter in good faith. He must give truthful information and intend to keep the promises he made in the letter. He should send the original letter plus one copy by air-mail or courier service to the person he is inviting. The visa applicant must then submit this letter to the Embassy or Consulate of the country when he applies for the visa. The copy will be kept at the Embassy, the original will be stamped by the Embassy and returned with the visa to be presented to the Immigration Officer on arrival at the foreign country. . The letter should include the following information about the person being invited:. ? complete name . ? date of birth . ? the person?s address and telephone number . ? the relationship to the person being invited . ? the purpose of the trip . ? how long the person invited intends to stay in the country . ? details on accommodation and living expenses . ? the date the person you are inviting intends to leave the country . The letter should also include the following information about the host:. ? complete name . ? date of birth . ? address and telephone number . ? occupation . ? whether he is a citizen or a permanent resident . ? a photocopy of a document proving his status in his country (passport, identification card). ? a proof of permanent resident status (if he is not a citizen) ..
