What needs to be in a letter of intent to home school in ohio? Does anyone have a link to a good sample?

Okay, before I start asking questions I'll admit that I'm pretty young, 13 years old to be exact. Anyways, my family moved about six months ago to a house in the country (We used to live in a neighborhood.) and it's a horse pasture away from my best friend that I grew up with whom has been around horses all her life, so of course I ended up getting an obsession for horses as well, and I've had the obsession since I was 6 and started riding when I was 8, so I've been riding for five years. Anyways, when we first moved to our new house the barn was, well, horrifying. I've spent the last 6 months cleaning it and now it's finally so clean it's crazy. The barn that lives on my property is attached to two pastures attached by a gate. Each pasture is about one and a half acres. Almost every day (Whenever asked) I help my best friend with cleaning her 4 stalls, hay, grain, bringing the horses in, grooming, etc. so basically the evening chores and I help out with the morning chores when I spend the night. I'm also homeschooled, so I have a lot of free-time for the horse. The horse I may own is actually my best friend's old horse (Before she got a new gelding.) and I've been riding him for the 5 years, so I get to ride him a lot because he lives next-door. I almost have everything needed for a horse, only need hay, sweet feed and sawdust. Thanks in advance for reading this and (hopefully) answering..
