I bought a house with 2 properties and the . people hat reside in the back house will not vacate. I have served them with a notice to vacate and thier 2 months are almost up. I have also payed them $17,000 in relocation fees and they still will not leave. I plan to serve them with a notice of eviction and I would like to know how much time do they have to leave the premises after receieving a eviction notice?.

People who live in madison, wisconsin?!?

okay so i really want to apply to this job but they are asking us to to "Drop your resume along with a short HANDWRITTEN note (since no Application will be hand filled out" And what I want to know is would this count as my cover letter or would i have to make a cover letter and the note?.

my sister's lawyer told her, supposedly, that a series of steps would be needed to remove one of the two personal reps for the estate. I'm the one she'd be looking to remove. What series of steps?. I thought a lawyer would file a petition to address the court for whatever reason, (in this case it would be to remove a personal rep), and a hearing would be set for the parties to appear before the judge and one gives reasons why the other should be removed. This sounds like one step, not a series.. What are the steps?. got one answer that has 0% to do with the question. The question are the steps, not on where-what lawyer to use.. steps are:. lawyer and client discuss stradegy.. lawyer files a petition.. court arranges a hearing date.. court notifies all parties of the hearing.. both parties show up to address the court.. I considered this one process (file petition and go to hearing) and the probate office said that when my sister's lawyer said it was a series of steps, it was just his only personal way of saying each step in the single process..

Power of Attorney can be issued by an Legal Representative from the Person desiring to allow a certain individual to take care of certain issues in their stead. It can only be revoked by the Person submitting the POA unless it expires. If you have not gotten a revocation letter also issued by a legal representative from the Person originally issuing (in this case your uncle) it becomes a legal problem in which proof must be shown that you were given notice. emails, phone calls ect. will not work. You need a Revocation of Power of Attorney with a State seal that verifies it is official this seal tells you who did it and where. If you do not have this then your POA is active and you need to confront his step son and your uncle about it. If your uncle cannot recollect any knowledge of this then you need to seek legal aid and prepare for potential court hearings to see who has lawful POA over whatever your subject is.
