  • With more than 29 years of collective experience, attorneys at Jehl Law Group help elderly clients in Memphis, Tennessee, pursue cases against nursing homes for abuse and neglect. Our work is based upon three simple, but important principles: We believe in proper care and respect for the elderly. We believe in helping those who are in need. Lastly, we believe corporations should be held accountable for their actions. Our firm has devoted the majority of our practice to representing victims of nursing home neglect and abuse, so you can rest assured knowing that experienced attorneys will tenaciously pursue your case.

The elderly are among the most vulnerable citizens in the U.S. Frail and often unable to advocate for themselves, elderly individuals can easily fall prey to unscrupulous behavior and neglect at retirement and nursing homes. Those entrusted to take care of the elderly sometimes - actively or unknowingly - harm those closest to us. There are options for recourse if you or someone you know has been harmed. We've helped many victims who have suffered:

DehydrationPressure soresFallsBroken bonesMalnutrition Sexual assault InfectionsAllergic reactionsDeath

Members of our firm have been recognized for consistently delivering high-quality, ethical services. In 2011, principal partner Cameron Jehl was voted a "Mid-South Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine. This honor is awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of all practicing lawyers in Tennessee. We strive to provide superb, convenient services to our clients. All cases are handled on contingency basis, and we offer free consultations at our office located in downtown Memphis.

Free parking is available, and if you are unable to make the trip during the week, we can schedule an evening or weekend appointment or a home visit. While our office is in Memphis, we handle cases throughout Middle and East Tennessee, as well as Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois and Pennsylvania.

I am working on updating my cover letter and I wanted to know if I should include something about my previous 2 jobs. Thus far I have written 3 solid paragraphs highlighting what I've done my current job (which is alot), I don't think I'll have much room to mention my last couple jobs b/c I want to keep it to one page and still add the final paragraphs. Thoughts?.

How to Open a Form in MS Access to a BLANK form?

I'm college age and looking for a new job. I was going to try and apply at Donato's pizza and on the online application it asks for a cover letter? what sort of things would they be looking for? I've never had to write a cover letter for any of my jobs in the past. it sounds legit and scary. please help! thanks.

one year ago my father shot me after an argument. He is now serving time in a Missouri state prison. He owns a 2004 Chevy Silverado which is paid for. Is there a way for me to gain ownership of the vehicle. He left me access to the vehicle. I have the tile and all the information, but the vehicle is registered to him..

It doesn't expire and you don't have to take it to a solicitor. You do need to get someone to witness it, but that can be pretty much anyone.. . Once it has been witnessed and you have signed it in your new name, you can, if you want, send it back to the deed poll office, where they will keep it on file for you and send you a couple of official copies. This is handy in case you lose it but it's totally optional.

This knowledge is seriously distorting my evaluation. I cannot let this case get to a jury. If you were in my shoes, how much extra would you pay to avoid going to court on this?
