but they have great models who are also famous actresses - Alexis Bedel(actresses from gilmore girls, tuck everlasting, etc) is signed with Elite. Most actors/actresses start out modeling first and work they're way up.. . Now you wait. It'll take sometime for them to reply, since they get around 300+ applications a week. And if any agency ask for money up front say you'll think about it and leave. You should never have to pay for anything when first going in for interviews for agencies. You may have to pay for a portfolio, but if you take photos before going in you'll have one done already. Agents get around 10-15% of what you make if you get a job. That's the only time you will be paying your agent.. . If you want anymore info, feel free to message me. First of all please label all nucleotide sequences with their 5' or 3' ends. Its either 5'-3' or 3'-5'. If this is the template strand I am going to assume it is 3'-5' because it lies antiparallel to the coding strand which by convention is usually written 5'-3'. . The sequence should be complimentary to that, and antiparallel to it. RNApol2 (enzyme used for transcription of most eukaryotic genes) moves along the template strand 3'-5'. It spits out 5'-UAGCGGACCCGUUAU-3'. all Ts are replaced by Us in RNA. G is complimentary to C
