If you need more assistance on this matter, ie this man is causing emotional or physical harm to others, using his claimed status to garner funds from others or jobs he isn't entitled to .. please e-mail and I will direct you to a source that can give you more direct assistance.

How do I change my birth certificate?

Further, even if the judge were inclined to honor your request, there is sure to be an additional fee for so doing.

Don't insult someone's potential service simply because they don't have an SF tab or have 75th Ranger Regt. service based on what these "yahoos" tell you.. . As for former members never talking about it .. that's not necessarily true either. SOF guys are bound by the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) they sign when they leave their respective assignments and units. It states what they can and cannot talk about. Plenty of former "Delta" guys have no qualms stating their prior service in the unit ... they also use it to get jobs. There's nothing wrong whatsoever with stating ones units once they're out and it isn't a risk to national security to say you served with this particular unit once you're out of the unit and/or military.

I'm somewhat unaccustomed to this form of discipline. I'm actually afraid
