Do Russian women change their surnames after marriage?
My dad is very ill and we had a Power of Attorney for Property done up "just in case".. Now with regards to his banking needs, we need to modify some restrictions on his account but his bank won't accept the POA for Property...they require him to come into the bank and sign papers...which he can't do.. Do I need another POA? And if I can't get one, what are my other options?. Thanks!.
