My BF has many mental disabilities and has been on SSI before but, they cut him off due to them saying he is no longer disable. We tried to fight it without a lawyer and got denied this is his 2nd time in two month being in a hospital for help. He has even gotten a government letter stating he can't own a gun. This time we are going to get a lawyer. My question is will the lawyer still be able to help when he is in the hospital?.

Now, did she goof me up because I really liked those condos and just might buy one. But, I'm not sure I want her as my agent for either selling or buying at this point. I never inferred in any way that she was the person who I would contract with. As a matter of fact, I still want to get two more brokers to interview with before I decide which one is going to get the sale. . I am concerned that she stepped in and if I'd hire a buyer-broker she would take part of the builders commission and that might leave me less buying leverage? Can't I just tell the Builder that she doesn't belong as a co-broker with my potential purchase. How do I get her off of their records or doesn't it matter? (in Wisconsin). . Maybe there is a real estate book for "Dummies Guide to the Real Estate Market". I'm reading all over the web but I'm finding the whole thing scary. I don't know who to trust and what to say to them. I guess I should place a call to the Dept. of Aging and see if they have advice too?. . Thank you for any advice. I have read a lot here and stored some of this great info source. .

I've been collaborating with 3 other people on a book project. One person has decided to leave. We plan to re-vamp a lot of the material they contributed, but still want to dot the i's and cross our t's when it comes to the business end of all this.. . This person submitted an official notice of resignation via email.. . Is there an agreement or contract we should have the individual sign before we move foreward to avoid any type of copyright infringement, etc.?. . if you an link a template to a good consent and release form, that would rock too.
