lawyer Carrithers, David W. Reviews

I am about to change jobs and in my letter of employment (which I suppose is as good as a contract) it states that the company only pays statutory sick pay.. . Having researched into this and realising how minimal this is, I have contacted them and now have a separate email from them stating that for the first four days they will pay the normal salary, and after this statutory sick pay kicks in.. . This is fine by me as I am not a sickly person, but I was concerned about not being paid at all if I am off sick for one day due to colds etc. I would only not go into work if I really did feel terrible, but would not want the stress of thinking I would not be paid for this!

If you want to give me exactly, I'm mailing a letter to congressman Paul Hodes:

i need a format for quarterly compliance report under clause 49 of listing agreement?

What is the difference between a durable power of attorney and guardianship in Missouri? ?

Well thought out! Congratulations. It also looks a lot like what Bill Clinton proposes in his new book, "Back to Work". Of course, no one will agree on all items you propose, but it's generally an excellent place to start.
