Your entitlement to the cmomission is based not upon the document, but upon the agreement between you. . The presence or absence of the document is irrelevant - if a stranger found the form and presented it, he would not be entitled to the money simply by virtue of having the piece of paper.. By the same token, you are not disentitled to the payment simply because you have lost the same bit of paper.. . The legal cynic in me would suggest that a lot of organisations claim that you can only get money, or claim on the guarantee, if you keep the 'original' document they give you. . They hope, of course, that you'll lose it and not realise that the document is just a worthless receipt for payment and then not claim.. The pawnbrokers clearly have a record of your entitlement to this money

I asked my teacher yesterday to write a letter of recommendation for me. He said he would, but he also said that each college generally has some sort of topic for the teacher to write about in their letter, and I need to give him each college's specific "topic." The specifics are this.. . My husband and mother have a mortgage on the house together. (We all live here as this is the only residence we have).. . In the event of her death we want to be assured that the house will be legally ours and my siblings cannot force us to sell or to get what they may believe is their portion.. . My mother is in agreement that the house should revert completely to us. As we have been making the mortage payments and upkeeping the home now for the past 6 years.. .
